This Week’s Scripture & Theme
Primary Reading: John 1:1–18
Key Theme: Jesus, the Word made flesh — God’s light entering our darkness.
- What does this passage reveal about who Jesus is?
- How does “light shining in the darkness” speak to your life right now?
- Is there one concrete way you can respond to this truth this week?
How We Run Each Session
- Welcome & opening prayer (1–2 min)
- Reading the passage (5–10 min)
- Silent reflection (1–2 min) – a brief pause to let the Word sink in.
- Guided discussion using 3–5 simple questions (20–25 min)
- Sharing & application – how this touches daily life (10–15 min)
- Prayer intentions & closing prayer (5 min)
No “perfect answers” required — we are all learning. We keep Jesus at the center and encourage a spirit of charity and respect.
